Since 2020, we have implemented a Comprehensive Compliance System, also known as the Corporate Compliance Programme. This programme sets out clear guidelines to steer our behaviour across all operational areas. At its core lies the Code of Ethics and Conduct, a document that defines the fundamental values and essential principles that everyone at Transglory adheres to. This code fosters integrity in our internal relationships and with all our stakeholders.

To strengthen our commitment further, we have introduced a secure and confidential channel known as the Ethics and Compliance Channel, where our employees can report potential irregularities or inappropriate behaviour. This channel ensures a fair and transparent working environment.

Additionally, we have implemented supplementary policies that complement our Code of Ethics and Conduct, such as our anti-corruption policy and guidelines for preventing money laundering. These measures are overseen by our Chief Compliance Officer, who ensures the effective implementation and execution of the programme.

Transglory is also a member of the World Wide Alliance, enabling us to operate globally under stringent international compliance standards. This approach ensures that our activities in any region are conducted ethically, adhering to local regulations and providing reliable and secure services.

As an NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), we maintain a position of complete neutrality. Our aim is to deliver impartial services that ensure fair treatment for all customers, avoiding preferences or conflicts of interest, and reinforcing our role as an ethical and trustworthy operator.
